HOW CAN WE HELP?
delivery & freight
Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you have entered your delivery address. You will see the full charge before completing your purchase. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging and delivery.
We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. We do not deliver outside New Zealand; however orders may still be placed from overseas with a New Zealand delivery address.
The dispatch time will be within 1-3 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock, bulky, or you have provided a rural delivery address. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, this will include a track and trace number to enable you to follow your parcel.
The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.
Orders are sent via courier and require a signature on delivery; please ensure there will be someone at the specified address to sign for the package. A card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
returns policy
At Chic Home Boutique, we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.
The easiest way to return an item is to visit our physical store, within 14 days of receiving your order. When you visit our physical store, please take your proof of purchase and we will provide you with an exchange for the purchase price of the item/s you return.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not refund any item bought online or in store, unless it is faulty.
We are happy to exchange your items at our physical store within 14 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.
Returning items purchased online
You can return item/s purchased online to the Chic Home Boutique online store within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the items are in their original condition.

If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
Returning items that are not in original condition or outside the 14-day timeframe
Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 14 days of you receiving your item. If returned online, our customer services team will contact the purchaser to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you.
Returning items from overseas
Chic Home Boutique cannot exchange or return items from overseas addresses. This applies to customers who bought from Chic Home Boutique, while visiting New Zealand from overseas, and decided to return or exchange items once they returned home.
Faulty Items
Chic Home Boutique abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. Our Quality Assurance team are committed to ensuring that the items you buy from us are consistently produced in line with our rigid quality specification requirements. If your items are faulty we apologise for the inconvenience.

Items Damaged in Transit
